Appointment Cancellation Policy
If you need to cancel or reschedule, please provide at least 48 hour notice. Appointments not cancelled at least 24 hours in advance may result in a fee of 50% of scheduled service.
Consultation Preparation
In order to make sure you receive the best service and get the most out of your visit, we recommend that all curly girls schedule a consultation. If you are not able to schedule a consultation, please text photos and a detailed description of your texture, and condition of your hair. In addition, please communicate in detail what you want for your hair, as well as what you don't want.
Hair Preparation
Please come to your appointment detangled. Normal detangling will not incur additional charges. If your hair is excessively tangled and requires more than twenty minutes to detangle, you may be subject to detangling fee. Hair must also be 100% dry upon arrival.
Service Investment
Services are categorized by texture. Sending photos prior to scheduling online is mandatory.

Express Haircuts
These quick services are designed to maintain current length. The recommended time frame is 4-6 weeks. If the desired amount of length to removed exceeds 1" the full service is required
COVID-19
Safety precautions are still in place inside of the suite. The door to the main entrance is unlocked and you no longer have to call to gain access. Benches are in the hallways for your comfort in the event that your stylist may need a few minutes before starting your service.
