RESERVING APPOINTMENTS

When reserving an appointment, please know that you are reserving time dedicated just for you. Canceling after the 24 hour period deeply impacts business. Although unpredictable circumstances arise, 50 % of the service amount will be due at the time of cancellation. An invoice can be provided or pay via Venmo or Zelle. Providing credit card information is not required  at this time when reserving your appointment.

 

Arriving with excessive tangles may result in an additional fee.  See  other prep instructions here

Appointment reminders are sent when the initial appointment is made, and sent days before your appointment requesting your confirmation. We ask that you confirm via text by following the prompts from the confirmation message. We require that all appointments be confirmed no later than 72- hours before the scheduled start time.

You will be contacted to make a non refundable, non transferable deposit after the service request has been made.

 

 

TEXTURED HAIR

Please note that Persimmon Salon works with wavy, curly, coily and all textures in between.
We do not work with hair textures that have been altered by heat styling, thermally relaxed, relaxers, or texturizers or transitioning hair (from relaxers). 


 

GUESTS & CHILDREN

We work with guests 12 and over. We apologize for any inconvenience. We are also unable to accommodate guests in the salon due to it's size. Please do not schedule an appointment for anyone under 12.

PRICING

Pricing at Persimmon Salon is based on the average amount of time it takes to perform the desired service, products used to complete the service and the level of skill required to perform the service. Prices listed may be increased based on length, density, preparation work performed, and if additional time or product are needed to perform the service and are subject to change without notice. If you have specific questions on pricing, please inquire prior to being serviced. 

 

SERVICE GUARANTEE

We pride ourselves on providing all clients with fantastic service and quality customer care. We are professional, highly- skilled and experienced, and will provide you with the best hair care services possible.

If you are not satisfied with the results of your salon service, due to a possible error by us, please contact the salon within 48 hours of your appointment. We will ask you for photos of your hair, and if there is an error on our part, we are able to provide a complimentary adjustment within 5-10 business days of your appointment date. We do not offer refunds on salon services. Hair color services are guaranteed if you purchase the recommended products at the time of your appointment only.

If you’re not happy with your product purchase, you may return unopened products within 7 days of purchase for product credit. Product credit must be used toward products and cannot be used toward services. We are happy to assist in recommending different products.

 

ALLERGIES, MEDICAL CONDITIONS

Due to staff and client sensitivity, please refrain from wearing synthetic aromas/perfumes/cologne. Please inform staff of gluten, nut allergies etc.  Some cosmetic products include them.
