Reservation Policy

Our salon is in great demand, so we recommend you schedule your appointments in advance to receive your preferred date and time.  We require 24-hours notice when canceling an appointment.

 

There is a 50% charge for cancellations made less than 24 hours in advance and 100% charge for missed appointments with no notice. One cancellation/no show may forfeit future appointments.

 

We require a credit card at the time of booking in order to reserve the appointment. You may also request to be invoiced if you are uncomfortable providing your credit card information.

New haircut clients must submit photos to (704) 909-3698 prior to scheduling online. Hair color clients must schedule in person consultations.

Guests under 12 years of age are not being seen at this time.

For Your Protection

We regret that we cannot be responsible for loss or damage to personal articles including clothing or accessories. Please remember to bring your mask and wear it during the entire duration of your service.
