HOW TO MANAGE YOUR FUTURE APPOINTMENTS
You are 100% in control of your appointments. You can privately compare our schedules with your own any time you want. First you'll need a Square account. Before selecting a service, create an account using the information below.


How To Log Into Your Square Account
 

  1. Look in the upper right corner and click “sign in.” If you see “menu,” you are already signed in (desktop). Mobile, scroll down and select service and continue button

  2. Enter your cell phone number to receive a one-time-use sign-in code.

  3. Enter the code.

  4. You are signed in.

How To Manage Your Appointments

  1. Look in the upper right corner and click “menu.”

  2. Select “My appointments”

  3. Scroll to the appointment you want to manage and click on it.

    • IMPORTANT NOTE: (If you’re canceling within 24 hours of your appointment a 50% cancellation fee will be incurred.

  4. Select what you want to do with the appointment.

  5. If you want to reschedule, select “reschedule" it will show you every possible reschedule spot for the next 90 days.

  6. If you don’t see anything that works, then exit out. Nothing was changed.

  7. Any time you actually book, cancel, or reschedule an appointment, you will receive a text and an email. Your entire appointment history is there for you to track.

Scheduling online is the preferred method of booking an appointment. New guests who are interested in curly hair services must schedule one of the following services only after completing the new guest questionnaire.

PLEASE NOTE: AFTER A YEAR HAS LAPSED SINCE YOUR LAST APPOINTMENT, PLEASE SCHEDULE NEW CLIENT SERVICE

Appointments will be pending until approval.  Even if you are unsure about the appointment you scheduled, it can be edited later during the pending period. You will then receive the appointment confirmation. Scheduling a consultation is always a great place to start!
