When reserving an appointment, please know that you are reserving time dedicated just for you! Appointment reminders are sent when the initial appointment is made via text and/or email, and sent days before your appointment requesting your confirmation. We ask that you confirm by following the prompts from the confirmation message. Double check the day and time to ensure that the scheduled time still works for you. Confirming or canceling when you receive appointment reminders is really helpful to us. Doing so allows more booking options for current and new guests.
Canceling after the 24 hour period deeply impacts business. Although unpredictable circumstances arise, 50% of the service amount will be due at the time of cancellation. An invoice can be provided. Payment via apps like Venmo or Zelle are other options or we can use your card on file.

Please note that Persimmon Salon works within the curl spectrum. We do not work with hair patterns that have been altered by heat styling, thermally relaxed, relaxers, or texturizers or transitioning hair (from relaxers or heat damage). We also do not do twists, braid styles or roller sets.
GUESTS & CHILDREN
We work with guests 12 and over. We are also unable to accommodate additional guests in the salon due to it's size and seating. Please do not schedule an appointment for anyone under 12. We apologize for any inconvenience.

We consider the nuances of patterns and textures among the curl spectrum. For that reason we have one price for curly cuts at Persimmon Salon. On the rare occasion, prices listed may be increased based on length, density, preparation work performed, and if additional time or product is needed. If you have specific questions on pricing, please inquire prior to the day of service.
We pride ourselves on providing all clients with fantastic service and quality customer care. We are professional, highly- skilled and experienced, and will provide you with the best hair care services possible.
If you are not satisfied with the results of your salon service, due to a possible error by us, please contact the salon within 48 hours of your appointment. We will ask you for photos of your hair, and if there is an error on our part, we are able to provide a complimentary adjustment within 5-10 business days of your appointment date. We do not offer refunds on salon services. Hair color services are guaranteed if you purchase the recommended products at the time of your appointment only.
If you’re not happy with your product purchase, you may return unopened products within 7 days of purchase for product credit. Product credit must be used toward products and cannot be used toward services. We are happy to assist in recommending different products.
ALLERGIES, MEDICAL CONDITIONS/SPECIAL ACCOMODATIONS
Due to staff and client sensitivity, please refrain from wearing synthetic aromas/perfumes/cologne. Please inform staff of gluten, nut allergies etc. Some cosmetic products include them. Our goal is to make you comfortable during your appointment. Please notify us of special requests!
